form Tanaka to open the game against the Astro's. ( No, not  a baseball fan really myself) .Husband's BDAY present was tickets to a Yankees game. Entering  late as I did not take the computer with me. I did take my knitting for the drive. And , no , I did not knit during the game. It actually was kind of fun being there even though it was scoreless till the 5th and I missed the one Yankees homer as I went on a food run. But that is ok because the birthday person did not miss the homer and subsequent scores.
Extra is a red-tailed hawk ( I suspect one of the famous Pale Male's progeny who was flying around the stadium. He eventually settled on a pole and appeared to go to sleep!)
