Dahlia

This is the first dahlia I have ever had! I was put off by the thought of digging them up every autumn and storing the tubers over winter. However, after our fallen tree episode there was quite a large gap in the border and I couldn’t resist this with its bronze leaves, red buds and yellow flowers!
