Morning Passage
Caught the first ferry of the day, travelled across with the mails, from Hoy to Stromness to ensure I could attend my mid-morning dance session. Lots of fed up cruise liner passengers in Kirkwall sporting that rarest of things in Orkney: umbrellas, for it was damp. I have never seen such glum looking folk since the early days of my Teach Yourself Hungarian Class in New Pitsligo.
I met my dentist who informed me he would be ascending Mont Blanc in late August. He indicated he will be taking a tin of ‘Pledge’ with him.
Even more dancing this evening.
