From Portobello Scran to giggling oarsman

After a heavy training day down in Edinburgh on the evergreen and tricksy matters of mental health, i was lucky to get breathing space by crashing over at Mo and Grahams, but not before I was treated to a seaside meal out down on Portobello Beach with Mo while Graham got his rowing practice in for the big national event, no little achievememt for a beginner!
