A Bit of a Tease

Where is it?

I'm of the view that the reason so many people like panoramic images is that we tend to scan scenes at our eye level, rarely looking up.  When we do we often see things that have remained oblivious to us for many years (almost 60 on my case).  

For those of you who know Birmingham, this building lies at the junction of two of the city's most famous streets.  I'll leave you to guess and will post the full scene as an extra tomorrow.  No cheating by doing an internet search, it is easily findable via that method but won't you get a much greater sense of satisfaction if you can work it out without Google?
