Dinosaur explorers
A beautiful sunny day for our Brownie Dinosaur adventure. We headed for Eden Court and met the girls by the drop off point. They were very excited especially as there was an Oor Wullie statue just outside so they all had a look at him and rolled down the grassy slope until everyone had arrived. We gave them all a camouflage hat and then found our seats.
A great show with lots of amazing dinosaurs, plenty of interesting facts too.
The dinosaurs were so realistic and the puppeteers controlling them were fantastic, even the dinosaurs eyes blinked.
The girls were very well behaved and joined in with all the shouting, they were particularly good at that !
Afterwards we met the baby Triceratops. We had waited patiently and let everyone else have a turn first which made it too late for us to meet the big dinosaur outside. We spoke to ‘ Miranda and the girls had their photo taken with her, all doing the Brownie Salute :)
We had enough time for the girls to eat the food from the Goodie Bags I had made and then it was time to go home.
Mike and myself went to Tesco’s to get some shopping and bought a couple of meal deals that we enjoyed in the garden when we got back.
A nice sunset to end the day.
