Roses are coming out

The physio gave me a good pummelling last night. She think the nerve pain in my arm comes from the neck which she worked on. I have a couple of exercises to do and see her again on Friday. She recommended a drug that helps nerve pain, so I got that after a phone consultation with the GP practice this morning. The pharmacist thinks it could take weeks to improve. I hope not as I might have chopping it off by then.

I’ve got an appointment with an acupuncturist in town in 8 days, the earliest I could get.

In the meantime I’m not able to do much - even walking is too painful, as is holding a book to read. What a crock.
