Olive Tapinade
I have to get this recipe, it was fantastic. Some kind of olive mixture (maybe w cranberries?) and fennel over a gorgeous chevre, spread generously over fresh baked ciabatta bread....shear love.
Had a fantastic evening with friends which also involved great homemade pizza, lots of red wine, and lovely green salad with blood oranges and vinegarette. Seven wild kids running thru the house only added to the excitement of rekindling old friendships.
Life is good.
