The Ration Challenge: day 6

Tinned sardines … I was not looking forward to this - but, actually, they turned out alright.  I fried them in a hot pan - trying to mimic the chargrilling on a sun-drenched Mediterranean fishing village.  Served with a little saved garlicky humous and red pepper - this was quite palatable (usual rice to bulk it out of course).
