Changing face

Is it too much to hope that the Romsey town centre improvement work is nearing completion?
Certainly it was much easier to get around town today, although a large section of Market Place is still blocked off by contractors. But perhaps much less than last week although through routes in some directions were still closed with barriers. Hopefully though, contractors are now reaching the final stages after six months disruption.
