"I can't bear to watch...."

Great fun having a walk with J aged 6 as the tangled forest floor which I walk past so often suddenly became a wonderful adventure playground. It looks here as if Cara and Bruce have taken cover as James dangles from a very mossy and possibly brittle branch. Thankfully it didn't break and we continued to enjoy our walk splashing through puddles, climbing more trees and best of all nearly losing wellies in the thick mud! In the afternoon we enjoyed a family visit to the local pantomime.
