Happy 1st Birthday Lily!

After lots of rest and fully doped up with flu tablets, I took Grace to see my niece Katie, her partner Neil and the birthday girl, only to find the party was cancelled because Katie is also unwell. I'm a bit worried about her actually. Only stopped there a short time then went for lunch at my friend Caroline's. She and her husband adopted three little boys (all brothers) 6 months ago. They are so lovely and Caroline and D are over the moon to be parents at last.

Lily was a leap year baby last year, but is celebrating on 28th. So happy birthday to her and all the others here with leap birthdays (I seem to remember there were a few of you celebrating last year).
