Who goes on holiday and then spends a morning at the city library. We did. It has received global awards for architecture and you can see why. It is more than a library.it has a coffee shop, an early learning centre, a sculpture, thousands upon thousands of books, a children’s play area, a children’s library, conference and meeting room. People /families were meeting up there for picnic lunches.in this area you could press a button and get a print out of a 1/3/5 minute story. Guided tours were being given. It was a lovely beautiful peaceful area. The outside entrance has been designed to look like the chinook cloud arch and is made from white oak and oak. It truly is a beautiful building
