Let me take you down

First year all our strawberries were lost to the rabbits / slugs / pigeons (name any garden guff )

Last year, we started the strawberries in guttering and it didn’t work - by the time we moved them and they started growing - we left for three weeks and when we came back they were gone!

This year; we have bags, pots and big beds and here is the result of the first batch.

I didn’t actually think it was possible to love my husband any more but his strawberry jam has just endeared me to him by another n’th degree.

Oh heavens. A new taste in wonder
