Smoothie

Mixed berry smoothie with skyr, micellar casein, chia, and xanthan gum (for texture).

I had a lovely greek salad with blackened salmon for lunch, but I ultimately decided to post a blip of my afternoon snack. We recently started having regular high-protein snacks to better support our exercise routine, and this is the most effort I’ve put into one of these so far.
