Rabbit Sausages

Rabbit and ginger sausages (D’Artagnan), chard, dal, and tomato and cucumber salad with maui onion. Wine: Casillero del Diablo Carmenere 2017.

A delicious meal—I like how the dishes complimented and played off of each other. The wine was rather good.
