Red valerian fireworks

Our front garden is slowly turning into a cottage garden and some of the red valerian is already going to seed. At first I thought some weed had sneaked in but what looks like messy fuzz from afar is actually made of very intricate seed heads. There's another image of them in the extras. I now have the voice of a heavy smoker and apparently I snore and wheeze terribly in my sleep, but it is getting a bit better ...
