Quite a nice day today doi g my exercises regularly. Didn't walk today but I will tomorrow before we visit the Bowen man.

C out and about today - beading am, and pm coffee with Mary.

So relaxing day - if you know what the picture is of I'd like to know please. Actually that's silly I have a plant identifier app and can id myself.
