A busy morning at work sorting out some building issues which turned out to be more complicated than normal due to the presence of asbestos impregnated roofing felt so another 30 mile trip back to the site with a specialist surveyor.

We called in at McDonalds for a late lunch on the way back to the office!

Went for an 11 km run around Norland Moor this evening - took the blip on the far side of the moor looking up the Ryburn Valley. Covered the 11 km in a time of 63 minutes but it was hot and there was a headwind on the uphill bit. My aim is to do it in under an hour.
