Loch Lomond and the Trossachs..

We are in a campsite on a bonny bank and looking north. Our cycling duo have completed their longest day from Lockerbie through to Balloch and riding through the heart of Glasgow along the Clyde.

We travelled a different route in the support vehicle and visited, and enjoyed a visit to New Lanark forerunner to Saltaire, Port Sunlight and Bournville and others . It was here Robert Owen pioneered his social reforms one of which contributed to the creation of the cooperative movement.
