Great Weather for ..... Soup!

Had plans to go for a walk and find something to blip when I was out today - but wind, rain and tiredness stopped me from going out. So that combined with some veg to be used up combined with needing some plain food (albeit that I have not overindulged) has led to a pot of soup being made. It is gently simmering at the moment and the smell is devine!
