Dawn on Hogmanay

I always find the last day of the year to be a bit strange - it's like spending the whole day waiting for something to happen at the very end of the day. And, at the end of the day it is no more than time moving on a second. So, I am blipping early today because I am now going to try and fill today rather than just waiting for it to pass.
