Rose garden - again

I tried to venture out of the garden today but my arm was so painful I had to retreat to my book.

Finished “Admissions” by Henry Marsh. Excellent, but a bit near the bone about the brain tumour ops. I’m glad I didn’t know all this when my daughter was alive.

Now I’m on light relief “Normal People” by Sally Rooney. It’s fine, but might have suited me better had I read it as a teenager!
