Cycled down to parkrun and enjoyed a nice easy run at just over 24 mins. Cycled back via a gym session.

After lunch we had a trip to the shops and I got L a new football from Nike so her new favourite thing is to play football.

I took L and friend A to the Cricket Club and played there before dinner.

We then had a family football challenge afterwards before cracking open a bottle of champagne.
