City Walk

We ventured out today to Roux for a meal. It was much needed as this cold is just getting me down.

The food at Roux was awesome as always, as was the service. The walk from the car park to the venue though... it is hot at the moment, like 45 deg C hot in the afternoon, and it only cools down to about 36 deg in the night. I can't believe that the developer has a/c vents blowing cold air into the walkways. Talk about decadence.

The wall art of the musician and little mouse on the microphone is cool. It would be awesome to have buskers here but the labour law and licencing rules make it impossible.

We got home to watch the England/Sweden third-place play-off. Another goal disallowed for England resulting in them losing the match. Such a shame. Another weekend over. It's been most unproductive from my side :(
