Small Tortoiseshell

A quick visit to RHS Hyde Hall today with my parents to stretch our legs - and do some photo snapping! Lots of lovely little ducklings about, and goslings too  who seemed to be enjoying having fewer human visitors there today, especially of the smaller variety who normally chase them around!  

The Floral Fantasia exhibit is still doing its' bit for wildlife so enjoyed seeing this small tortoiseshell enjoying the mini sunflowers!
