Floral Victoria

A grey and mizzly morning so ideal for a trip into Leeds for a collection and some pre holiday shopping.
It did dry up but has remained dull all day.
The Victoria Arcade was looking anything but dull. Think this floral arch was a Bridal promotion. Somewhat garish but the flowers do reflect the colours in the wonderful glass roof.

We had coffee in John Lewis where Chris did his customary look around the kitchen dept! Then, later, we had tea for two in M & S using my free birthday voucher - a selection of small sandwiches and a jam and cream scone each with a pot of tea. Very nice thank you very much.

There was a strange, unexplained body in the centre of Briggate! (Apparently a Damien Hirst!)
Back home now in time to catch the end of Le Tour in Nancy.
