slim pickings

I took very few pictures today so here’s one I sent to the upholsterer demonstrating that the yellows were too yolky or mustardy to match. We’re having Grandma Betty’s chair reupholstered- feels nice. Chairs feel like warm hugs from old friends sometimes. Mum’s love seat is also waiting in the wings for some tlc, I am loving sitting upon it as it’s so very Polly.

Gratefuls:

1. Chilled time with the children;
2. Not feeling the Sunday night bleurgh about returning to work tomorrow (Monday is my Sunday work-wise);
3. Time to help a friend with a form that’s troubling her.
