Feeding bee

After my husband had seen a Hummingbird Moth on our lavender yesterday I had hoped to spot one but its only a small plant and there wasn't one whenever I looked but I did spot this bee with a very colourful pollen bag.

Its been a very productive day starting with my first solo attempt at a sourdough loaf, I will find out tomorrow how it compares to the one made with my sister, its currently in the fridge to be cooked in the morning.  I picked the blackcurrants and gooseberries, cooked them. Dug up more potatoes and tidied up a bit.
