Kebab

I just had to get a kebab for the journey home. There has been all wonderful kinds of food made whilst I was in Manchester: kofta, saag, aloo gosht, burgers, chapattis, lasagna, sweet rice ... to name a few! I was so distracted by the great food at home that I wasn't even slightly tempted by the great quality kebabs nearby. On the way home though I got a seekh kebab for the journey home. The guy doubled wrapped it in foil, so despite the four hour plus drive home (a result of the traffic and speed restrictions)it was still a bit warm.
