Bonkers...

...and other critters!

Firstly a big thank you for all the love on yesterday’s 300th blip, which had made its way to page 2 on popular by this morning!

Today has been very muggy...and one of those days where I don’t seem to have achieved much. I did fit in a wander around the garden before lunch...the critters were out in force...doing what critters do!!!

The hover fly was doing what it said on the tin over my favourite rose; the bees were busy buzzing around several plants; I’ve no idea what was going on on the spear thistle...but they had quite an audience!! The seed head was just beautifully fluffy.

The swallows have been having a whale of a time flying around the garden, it’s lovely just to sit and watch them...and listen to their calls.
