Chamois don't care that is New Year's Eve

Just had to get a quick blip in before setting off for Italy for a few days so walked into the woods and was rewarded by a small herd of Chamois walking sedately between the trees, totally ignoring me thank goodness. It is so important not to disturb the wildlife at this time of year as they use up too much energy that they need to conserve to survive the winter.

Now we are installed in our friends' flat with this view from our bedroom window in Etroubles. Have a great passage from 2012 to 2013. Cheers!
