Contrast
We agreed to have a break from house clearing and organisation today. My brother and his wife went to the Scottish Open
I decided to get back into upping my steps for the 26 mile charity walk. So, instead of driving to my aunt’s to check on her mail, the cat, the plants etc, I walked up to Fairmilehead. Took me just over an hour.
The return journey was more downhill and I opted to take the Braid Hills route from which you get some lovely views of the Edinburgh skyline. The blip s of the Royal Observatory on Blackford hill, contrasted against the old volcano that is Arthur’s Seat.
Some gardening, the off to my aunt in hospital (still on oxygen) - took the bus but walked back.
Evening a bit of TV - started on series 1 of Killing Eve - then writing some letters/emails.
