Making tracks before the Hogmanay Hootenanny

Ventured into town today, though minute by minute streets were shutting down in preparation for Edinburgh's Hogmanay celebrations. Princes St was transformed into a pedestrian walkway, with lots of tourists looking a bit bewildered, never mind the locals!

Am a bit under the weather today with a hideous bug and doubt I'll be seeing in the bells. So - a Happy Hogmanay to all Blippers. Huge thanks for stopping by and commenting during 2012 - means a lot.
