Blue Rose (Experiment)

Forgive another rose blip, but this is me finally getting round the photography experiment I actually bought these roses for, over a week ago!

This is almost straight out of the camera - just had to clone a burnt out water droplet - and is the result of playing around with my macro, flashbender and gels. I think I tried every colour in the pack of gels, before settling on this one!

Still, feels appropriate to end the year in this way - having spent a creative hour with the camera. My resolution for the new year is to spend many, many more than I have managed in 2013.
