Thistle Head

The first day of the school holidays so the roads are quiet for the ride in to work.

A lovely day, with a cool breeze means a lovely lunchtime walk. The daisies are slowly blowing in the breeze and cloud shadows slowly pass over the Pentland Hills. I really like this thistle head. Spiky.

A nice ride home in the sunshine. New roadworks at Firrhill. Better take a different route home for a while longer.
