Practicing BIFs

I caught this shot today whilst practicing shooting birds in flight down at Dunbar Harbour in readiness for my trip to Bass Rock tomorrow (weather permitting. I can't really claim ownership of the composition as my eye was concentrated solely on tracking the flying gull and I just happened to captured the bird on the rock crying out as it passed by. For once in a way my depth of field was spot on to capture both birds. I quite like the feather detail on the flying gull.
