Amaryllis

We bought this amaryllis bulb late last year, it produced a huge, vibrant red bloom, it was simply stunning. We put the bulb in the shed when it finished blooming, and just left it. Recently we noticed that it was coming back to life, there were several leaves growing - the next time we looked, there was a bud starting to grow, so we brought it indoors and within the last week it has taken off!!! It's huge! Much taller than when last it bloomed, it is likely to be a blip again in the next few weeks!
