Sloe.....

....port!
Before Christmas I made some sloe gin, and once it was bottled I used the sloes again, to make slow port, today I bottled the port :-) N. and our niece D. tried it last Thursday evening and reported that it is very good, so I'm feeling pleased about that :-) It was easy to make, it just took time and patience. (Patience isn't usually high on my list of attributes lol)
