St. Francis and the Flowers

Dear Diary,

We are having absolutely perfect summer weather, warm but not hot days and low humidity.  I spent some time in the garden yesterday.  It is only 55F this morning with a heavy dew on the grass.  St. Francis looks like he is completely surrounded by flowers and is thrilled by it.  So am I.  John will be here on Thursday to do some pruning, I don't do ladders anymore, but today I will potter around and just enjoy this beautiful weather and all the flowers. I can't think of a more pleasant thing to do.
