Sundown

The day has been a long, hot one, but with good bits. My work colleague, whom I am training, is improving her performance daily. I went for a walk at lunchtime with other colleagues and managed to keep up. The new recovery regime seems to be going well, although I am tired. All in all, not bad.

And what a glorious sunset with which to end it.
