Canadian Pacific Railway Poster for colonisation

This is very much of its times. The Canadian Pacific Railway had a Department of Colonization and Development, which encouraged emigration from the UK to work on the land for men and household work for women. This is one of its posters to be found in a preserved CPR station in the Rockies.
