Auld Years' Night

After lots of running around finding something to do this evening then having to cancel, with Mr Song working nights I very nearly ended up alone.

I was sitting on my sofa listening to the retired couple downstairs having a great time with their friends when I decided that I just couldn't do it.

So I did the only thing a grown woman can do. I picked up the phone and the conversation went a lot like this -

'Daaaaaaaad...'

And of course he did the only thing the Dad of a woman no matter how big or small can do. He came and rescued me.

Many Gin and Tonics were had.
