Practise!

Growing up as a musician in a musical family, I was always encouraged to practise and to do well but I was never made to and hardly ever told to. My parents wanted me to be good by myself.

Tonight I was round at their house for tea and started taking pictures of the cat, Mouse. Dad, holding to the rule that it is rude to blip another blippers pet, lined up these satsumas on the table with the words 'Practise your Bokeh!' (Well, more or less.)

So I did and by playing around with the settings I learned a lot about using different F numbers and ISO's. Maybe I should start practising more things...
