Oot and aboot

This morning I finally got these two to sit down for a cup of tea in the garden. It was almost time for me to leave for London and they were anxious about Mum’s swollen leg after the doctor had suggested at yesterday’s check up that she might have a DVT. They brought the phone into the garden to wait for a call from the X Ray Dept at Lewes Hospital about an appointment for an ultrasound scan (Mum had this later on today and it was negative).
I am now in Tooting with Sarah, who has just finished night shift so we are having an early night. If you can’t afford to pay for the food, there is an option to help in the kitchen. The food was wonderful (see extra) and we will be back.
