Happy New Year's Eve!

We had a fantastic day today. I woke up early to get a run in, and was able to get ready and clean most the house before Miles even woke up! He slept in until almost 8am. After he had breakfast, Miles and I went to starbucks, Target, Trader Joes and Safeway to get some errands done (poor Dada had to work). He was the perfect little shopping buddy. We played when we got home, had lunch...but he had a hard time taking a nap today. He finally crashed on the floor of the playroom. When he woke up we played some more, watched football and ate dinner. Miles even got a special treat (apple juice) with dinner... He needed something special to 'cheers' mom and dad into the new year.

Here we are tonight...Miles loves to "cheers" his cups with people...so we tried to capture it tonight...but he was too busy concentrating on knocking glasses to look at the camera. And Dad even surprised me by coming downstairs in his suit...looking very fancy for our quiet night in as a family. :)
