250 mile round trip to attend the funeral of a wonderful lady I've known since the 70's.

She was an intelligent, kind and caring human being, totally devoted to her dogs, the Bearded Collie had a special place in her heart. There were several in attendance today, and impeccably behaved they were too. It's hard to believe that the picture on her Order of Service was taken just a month before her death when she was judging Bearded Collies in Russia, an appointment she was particularly thrilled and excited to have been invited to perform. There were candles lit in many countries throughout the world today in her memory, such was the respect she was held in.
