Running to Keep Up

Life has been running away from me in the last few months. It's difficult not to put too much of myself into work thus squeezing the rest of my life into a few shattered hours at the extreme ends of the day.
This hasn't left much time for the necessities of life never mind those life enhancing moments like enjoying browsing your journals and commenting. However I have been looking and taking pictures, maybe one day I'll catch up!
I had a long discussion with one of the senior managers on Friday, he is aware of the problems we face and we identified some possible solutions he can approve to ease the strain.
I will be the only one of the team in today, so I hope it is quiet, not just for me but the tests we do carry a high level of anxiety for patients and families.
So I am not making hard and fast resolutions but I do need to take more control of my life.
I hope the Hogmanay preparations are going well in Blipland, I am off to work now.
