Very late Blip! Silly Saturday.

Busy day!
We went to Sudbury Hall today, which also houses the Museum of Childhood.
A real trip down memory lane.
The photo is a cheat as I took it yesterday afternoon to save it for Silly Saturday.
I was out visiting a friend with another one and this sign was next to where I parked the car.
It seemed so incongruous just stuck there facing a street and a small group of trees!
We both laughed.
Then we went on to enjoy a beautifully served English tea carefully prepared and set out with a lovely bone china set of cups, saucers and plates.
It has belonged to our hostess’s mother.
There was a mouthwatering Pavlova with strawberries and cream, alongside slices of lemon drizzle cake.
Needless to say we had a lovely time catching up for a couple of hours!
