New Year's Eve Party

Our annual New Year's Eve prime rib dinner. This is our oldest daughter, Natalie all set to enjoy the festivities. We put the prime rib in the smoker and cooked it low and slow all day. Then, it's just baked potatoes and a caesar salad. Very easy to do, and makes for a wonderful and elegant dinner. The dinner was "adults only," for our kids and their spouses. After it was all cleaned up, we played Uno with the kids and adults until midnight. It was a grand evening and so much fun. This is our favorite party of the year.
